Digital Shopping Mall is recruiting DMEs whose role is to close deals with suppliers so that they agree to sell products and services recommended by our members on the Digital Shopping Mall (DSM).
DSM members recommend products and services to be sold on DSM by filling out an online recommendation form. DSM then assigns these recommended deals to DMEs working in the cities where the suppliers of recommended deals come from.
This assignment is for independent contractors and is remunerated on a commission basis. DMEs are paid 10% of the deal markup for each unit sold of the deal they helped close with the suppliers, with a cap of $100,000 per closed deal. Depending on the DME's choice for each deal closed with the supplier, commissions are payable either in fiat currency or in Digital Shopping Points (DSP).
It is a flexible engagement that can be undertaken during the DME's idle time, with no regular minimum performance requirements.
DMEs should specify the city and country where they will work. They should be proficient in at least one of the local languages used in the city where they want to work as DME. If the supplier of the deal to which a DME has been assigned does not communicate in the language used by the DME, the DME will remove the assigned duty from their assignment. The DME will communicate with DSM using the language in which they are proficient. If necessary, DSM will use an online translator to translate from the DME's language to the language used by the DSM official in charge of managing the DME.
DMEs will have the privilege to recommend an unlimited number of products and services from suppliers located in their cities of operation. In addition to receiving DME commissions, DMEs will also be paid recommendation commissions for each deal they are the first to recommend, similar to any other DSM member. These recommendation commissions amount to 15% of the deal's markup, with a maximum value of DSPs worth $100,000.
The minimum qualifications are a diploma or experience in marketing, and proficiency in one of the local languages used in the city where you operate.
You can undertake this assignment as a side hustle, so there's no need to resign from your current employment or self-employment.
There isn't much to do. Simply visit the suppliers at their sites and inform them about the deals recommended by DSM members to be sold on DSM. Explain the benefits of selling their deals on DSM and the disadvantages if they choose not to. If a supplier agrees, the DME will negotiate the wholesale price, minimum order quantity, terms of sale, etc., with the supplier. Once all agreements are reached, the DME will register the supplier on DSM if they are not already registered. This allows the supplier to have access to their back office to sell their deals to DSM members.
Interested individuals should first join DSM if they are not yet members SIGNUP HERE. Otherwise fill out the form below to apply to become a DME.
